Out-of-Network Coverage:

I no longer bill directly through insurance companies, but your carrier may cover a portion of my services. I can provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance carrier. 

How this works:

1. My fee is paid out-of-pocket

2. You submit the paperwork I provide to you to your insurance

3. Your insurance reimburses you based on your coverage
